如题，我的货品在使用usps送货时说“We attempted to deliver your item at 上午 10:05 on 2013 年 09 月 28 日 in NEWARK, DE 10 and a notice was left because the business was closed”
这是怎么回事啊？什么时间你们方便收货啊
