咨询saks下单，被砍，高手帮我看下，有问题请教

这个意思是被砍单了吗，我是通过paypal关联的信用卡支付的，招行发短信提醒已扣款，现在被砍单，他这个钱多久能退给我。

是的，我后来直接用招行下单，就成功了。一般他这个多久会退到卡里。7个工作日？？？
