注意，一定要用您下订单的email发邮件
邮件的样本为
Dear sir or madam:
        Good Morning.
        My order no is: (请输入您的订单号码) but I did not receive my Gymbucks No and pin
        I am wondering how could I get it back by email?
        Let me know if you need any further information
        I would appreciate it if you have prompt response.
