问过ups快递公司公司，快件是你们那儿姓陈的签收的。快递公司说shipping information上写着wilmington, DE是因为发货公司用了这个tracking number曾经发过包裹到wilmington，但是这次我的包裹是送到Newark的。所以应该没有错。以下为和UPS的聊天记录：

ups的系统没有这么傻蛋的。
你可以直接找网站投诉好了。
ups的号码很少会重复的！
另外我们签收的人里面没有一个姓陈的！
