你好，有一个情况，我买了诺帝卡9件衣服，使用极速转运，只收到4件，我想查一下

申请原因：
货物照片：请提供至少一张客户收到箱子的正面摆放（贴有运单面）外观照片，（录像很长，有时候有时差，很难分辨是哪个货物。客户提供正面照片有利于仓库寻找打包录像）
第2个货物正在验货中，请等待仓库给到验货结果后再提交发货指令，谢谢！

你好，我刚查到了，是官网分两个快递发到仓库造成极速转运缺货，现在我已经点击发货了，但是仓储29天了能不能看下，尽快发货出来，很着急，非常非常感谢
