我也是刚买UGG要退货。没发货之前就给UGG客服写邮件要求取消订单，但是UGG客服完全没理我，今天还给我发货了！！怎么办啊？ 在官网Return an item on this order，然后收到一封邮件“Make sure your information on this form is correct
