在swanson买了一堆保健品，9个是它家自营的，一个是jarrow的益生菌，25.17美金，自营的都收到了，发现就少了Jarrow的益生菌，、、
总共应该是10个，swanson自家自营的都比较便宜，没少，但最重的那个也是最贵的那个却少了。

Swanson回邮件了，说明他们是不会发错的，因为他们会对发货的重量进行估计和称量，然后来检验是否有漏发，原文邮件如下；

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that we package our orders by weight and each product has a pre-determined weight. When items are added to the order, we are able to calculate the total weight of the order. When the order is processed for shipping, we weigh the package versus the pre-determined weights of the products. We can then determine if a item is missing. However, our system indicates the complete order was included for the shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to send at no cost. Please advise if you received any supplements in place of the missing items and we will be glad to investigate further.
